Hallo Noel,

hast Du ALS ERSTES das Zünschloss mit einer Prüflampe mal duchgeprüft, bevor Du alle Leitungen
"richtig" angeschlossen hast ?
Damit kann man feststellen, ob das Zünschloss richtig schaltet !!
did you FIRST check the ignition lock with a test lamp before you did all the wiring
connected correctly?
This allows you to determine whether the ignition lock switches correctly!

Mit dem Reglerschalter ist das Zündschloss nur durch das grüne Kabel verbunden. Ansonsten haben diese beiden
Sachen keine Verbindung.
Jedoch könnte man hier mal schauen, ob alles o.k. ist.

Wenn Du einen Schaltplan für Deinen Roller hast (Downloadbereich Heinkel Club) und das Zünsdschloss richtig
schaltet, solltest Du mal die Elektrik des Rollers genauer überprüfen !

Thanks again for your reply. All wires are now as per the diagram. It was working fine all week and now it's not. Green starter is on the right terminal at ignition lock and regulator. All wires are in good condition. Could it be a problem with the regulator ? or possibly a bad earth somewhere ?

Danke nochmal für Deine Antwort. Alle Kabel sind jetzt wie in der Abbildung. Es hat die ganze Woche super funktioniert, aber jetzt nicht mehr. Grünes Starter-Kabel ist am rechten Verbinder am Zündschloss und Regler. Alle Kabel sind in gutem Zustand. Könnte es ein Problem mit dem Regler sein? Oder vielleicht eine schlechte Masse irgendwo?

Ein guter Massekontakt zu den Verbrauchern ist natürlich die Voraussetzung für deren Funktion !!!!!
Zum Beispiel die Masseleitung zum Scheinwerfer, zu den Blinkern, zum Rücklicht, und sehr wichtig die Masseleitung vom
Motorgehäuse zum Rahmen (Reglerfuss) !!
Das ist Grundvoraussetzung und kann nur direkt am Fahrzeug überprüft werden !

Vielleicht ist aber auch die Batterie falsch (verpolt) angeschlossen.
Auch neue Fotos von den aktuellen Anschlüssen am Zündschloss und Am Regler könnten noch hilfreich sein

All electrics seem fine. The scooter starts when I connect 30H / B+30. All lights / turn signals work too. it just now doesn't start at the key.

Die Elektrik scheint in Ordnung zu sein. Der Roller startet wenn ich 30H / B+30 verbinde. Alle Lichter und Blinker gehen auch. Jetzt startet er aber nicht mehr mit dem Schlüssel.
