I got it figured out finally.
Thanks to your tips I dismantled the front and I found that the two top sides of the front fork are not at the same height!
The fork itself is ok, but not the rahmen :(
It is slightly bent to the left on the bottom and to the right on the top, wich makes the front wheel have a slight camber to the right. It is not much, but i am a little demanding on these things.
As it is only a little, I will wait for winter to fix it.
It still runs great, and i am used to twisting the handlebar to the right a bit when riding it to compensate.
Do you like the ventilation acessory I just put on the side?
It really works in helping to cool the engine.

Another thing:
As I start to have my Heinkel in good shape, I begin to wonder in what i can improve it.

I found an article from 1959 with six points to improve the machine, but i cant understand it. If you could give a help :?

I also heard that some people seem to put 200cc. cilinders. Is it true? It seems a good idea. Do you have some tips on this.
I was looking another day to a Vespa engine, and i found that the lever where the cables for the gearbox end, have a plate that force the gears to go into place easily. I suspect that if the Heinkel had this, it would be much easier to change gears!!
