103A2 New Bosch Ignition

Hello , and sorry if this subject has already been covered.
I bought a new Bosch Ignition from the Club Shop. I noted all the wiring from the old one
and re-wired it exactly the same. The problem is that now the lights are constantly on , without a key inserted and in the "0" position.
The main beam does operate by the switch fine.It also starts fine too.
Does anyone know if the new parts are wired differently ? Or am I doing something wrong ?

Or is it possible that the ignition is faulty ?

Hallo und sorry falls dieses Thema schon behandelt wurde.
Ich habe im Club Shop eine neue Bosch Zündung gekauft. Ich habe mir die gesamte Verkabelung vom alten notiert
und genau so neu verkabelt. Das Problem ist, dass jetzt die Lichter ständig an sind, ohne eingesteckten Schlüssel und in der "0"-Stellung.
Das Fernlicht funktioniert über den Schalter einwandfrei. Es springt auch gut an.
Weiß jemand, ob die neuen Teile anders verdrahtet sind? Oder mache ich etwas falsch?
Oder kann es sein, dass die Zündung defekt ist?

Lade doch bitte ein Foto hier hoch, damit wir sehen, welche Teile Du verbaut hast.
Oder meinst Du mit Zündung vielleicht das Zündschloss ?
Dafür gibt es im Downloadbereich einen Schaltplan für Deinen Roller
Mit Zündspule und Unterbrecher hat der Scheinwerfer keine Verbindung !

Yes , I do mean Ignition lock. Thanks for your replies. I actually re-wired the old ignition lock and the lighting works perfectly. So I think perhaps it may be a fault with the part ???

Ja, ich meine Zündschloss. Vielen Dank für Ihre Antworten. Ich habe tatsächlich das alte Zündschloss neu verkabelt und die Beleuchtung funktioniert einwandfrei. Also ich denke vielleicht liegt es an dem Teil???

Hallo Noel,

im Schaltplan ist die Rückseite des Zündschlosses falsch herum abgebildet
Du must Dich an die Bezeichnungen der Anschlüsse halten dann erkennst Du, dass Deine Anschlüsse nicht richtig sind
30 = Rot Batterie
15 = Schwarz Zündungsstrom
50 = Grün Anlasser-Relais im Spannungsregler
56 = Gelb-Weiss Fahrlicht + Standlicht
58 = Grau Nur Standlicht
in the wiring diagram, the back of the ignition lock is shown the wrong way round
You have to stick to the names of the connections then you realize that your connections are not correct:?
30 = Red battery
15 = Black Ignition Current
50 = Green Starter relay in the voltage regulator
56 = yellow-white driving light + parking light
58 = Gray Parking lights only

Ausserdem solltest Du die Anschlüsse am Sicherungskasten überprüfen !
You should also check the connections on the fuse box!

Habe mir nochmal Gedanken gemacht :

Wenn man überhaupt keine Prüflampe besitzt, benötigt man nur ein Stück feste Elektroleitung aus der
Hausinstallation (i.d.R. 3x oder 5x 1,5 mm²) und eine Spitzzange.
Als Leuchtmittel kann schnell mal die Soffitte aus einem Blinker verwendet werden
(darauf aufpassen wenn man keinen Ersatz hat, ein guter Heinkler hat sowas aber immer dabei)

Hello , I followed your diagram and it worked perfectly. However , it has gone back to the same problem of not starting , which is why I bought a new Ignition lock. Am very confused. It started perfectly for a few days and now it's just the solenoid clicking at the regulator once again.

Hallo, ich habe dein Diagramm befolgt und es hat perfekt funktioniert. Es ist jedoch wieder das gleiche Problem aufgetreten, weshalb ich ein neues Zündschloss gekauft habe. Bin sehr verwirrt. Es hat ein paar Tage perfekt funktioniert und jetzt ist es nur noch das Magnetventil, das am Regler klickt.

Could it be an intermittent problem with regulator ?

Könnte es ein sporadisches Problem mit dem Reglerschalter ?
