Das Heinkel Forum für Perle, Roller und Kabine

Hallo an alle,

Ich bin Mitglied in Australien.
Ich entschuldige mich, wenn mein Deutsch ist nicht gut, ich habe die Verwendung von Google zu übersetzen.
Mein Heinkel Tourist hat auf der Rückseite von meinem Schuppen gesessen seit 2005, teilweise restauriert. Ich möchte es beenden, aber ich habe Probleme bei der Einstellung der neuen Kupplung und dann die Zahnräder.

Gibt es hier jemanden, der Englisch spricht, die bereit sind, mir zu helfen würde?
Deutsch ist auch ok, aber die Übersetzung ist vielleicht nicht sehr gut, vor allem mit technischen Worte.
Ich habe die Reparaturanleitung in Englisch, aber es ist nicht sehr klar.
Ich würde jede Hilfe, die ich bekommen kann zu schätzen wissen. Es ist eine Schande, dass ich meine Heinkel nicht beenden, ohne Sortierung, diese Probleme aus.

The last time I worked on my Tourist, I fitted a new cylinder and piston and replaced the clutch.
I started the engine again two days ago after leaving the scooter in my shed since 2005.
I cannot get the clutch adjustment correct. It is either not enough and the gears clash on every change. If I adjust the clutch screw to the left, the clutch stops the gears clashing (mostly) but if you put the wheel on the ground, the clutch slips and the scooter wont drive forward.
I definitely fitted all new clutch plates and I think also the 8 springs, but cant be sure, it was a long time ago.
I wonder if I have not fitted the clutch together properly?
Once I can fix the clutch, I can then start on the gear adjustment which is also not correct.

I'm not sure what to do...

I have never had such a problem at one of my scooters and i really haven`t got an idea how to solve that problem but can it be that it is no clutch problem but a prob. of wrong fitted shifter cables? If you swap the two cables over you put fourth gear in when you move the handle to first gear. That is very noisy and i had this problem a few years ago. Took me a while till i found out what the problem was.
I think checking that is easier than stripping the whole clutch again.
